Brave knights, evil wizards, bold warrior women, and … dinosaurs?
Dungeons & Dinosaurs is my new take on the old fantasy formula. Transplanted by magic from the world of the Blue Kingdoms, the citizens of Sauria battle every day against the savage forces of nature.
While a longer epic had been planned for the future, the first Dungeons & Dinosaurs story was smaller in scale. “Kidnapped by Saurians” deals with the Swordsong Sisters’ attempt to rescue a stolen baby. The story is available now for Kindle and all other e-book readers.
Because the world turns and things change, Dungeons & Dinosaurs is currently on hold — largely because (unknown to me at the time), a major plot point in the planned series turned out to be somewhat similar to a big plot point in A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones). Because of that, and because of lackluster sales for my first story, D&Dinos has been back-burnered indefinitely.
But who knows? With my Dinosaur RPG on the horizon, maybe there’ll be a new venue for adventures in Sauria!
